Mrs. Bowling has participated in air permitting projects for several different types of industrial facilities including pulp and paper, specialty chemicals, wood/paper products, metal parts fabrication, and aluminum manufacturing.

Mrs. Bowling has developed numerous Title V and minor source air permit modification and renewal applications for new and existing sources. She has experience in regulation tracking, regulatory applicability determinations, and coordination with regulatory agencies responsible for the administration and enforcement of air permits.

  

Mrs. Bowling worked as an environmental manager for over 8 years in the pulp and paper industry where she was in charge of air, water, and waste compliance for the facility. She has prepared periodic environmental compliance reports including annual emissions inventory reports, annual certification reports, semi-annual monitoring reports, semi-annual NESHAP and NSPS reports, annual greenhouse gas reports, and SARA Title III Tier II and Form R annual reports. She has experience in updating and developing operating and compliance plans, such as greenhouse gas monitoring plans, NESHAP monitoring plans, and Risk Management Plans.
